Are your classes certified and
accredited?
Yes, we are an American Heart
Association training site and are certified to teach ACLS, PALS
and BLS. We are certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics
to teach NRP. We are provider approved by the California Board of
Registered Nursing to provide continuing education credits in the
state of California.
If I fail a course, what will
happen?
At your request, you can attend a
remedial class scheduled with one of our ACES instructors until
you are proficient enough to pass the skill and/or exam.
My card has expired. What do I
do?
You have till the end of the month
of the expiration date to renew your card with a recertification
class. After the last day of the month, you will have to take the
full certification class. Be sure to call ACES as soon as you can
so we can get into the type of class to meet your needs.
I don’t have the new AHA manual
for my class. What do I do?
You are welcome to purchase the
manual you need from our course selection page. Just click on the
links and we will guide you to the right direction.
