Important information

1. LOST CARDS will be charged an additional fee to be replaced.

2. All Classes will begin on time.  Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule.

3. ALL RENEWAL CLASSES, you must bring your current AHA cards and Professional License(s) and completed pre-test(s) at the class registration.

4. All students must bring their appropriate class manual to your scheduled class.

5.  NO Students  will attend a class who have an infection or sores on their hands or face until lesions are healed.

6. No Refunds for no shows and cancellations less then 3 days before your scheduled class.

7. If your card is one day overdue, you must take the full certification course.

8. American Cardiac Education Specialists only provides instruction for certification and cannot guarantee the performance of students in emergency situations.

9. American Cardiac Education Specialists, reserves the right to refuse any student.

10. American Cardiac Education Specialists assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims of refund, injury or lost items.

11. You may request to be rescheduled at no charge (with advance notification) in the event you are unable to attend a class you have previously booked. We will also refund your tuition (minus a $20.00 processing fee) for any class that is cancelled once you have enrolled. (Class must be cancelled before the scheduled date).

Cancellation Policy for On-line and e-learning courses

Any cancellation of an On-line and or e-learning course must occur prior to activating the course. All fees are forfeited once the ACLS or BLS course key is activated.
